DETAILED DESCRIPTION

GENERAL SIGULDA CITY GIFT CARD RULES

  1. City gift card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”) – a card, blank or durable data carrier of specially designed form that has Card information, which confirms the Buyer's advance payment fact and gives the Cardholder the right to purchase goods or services sold by the Partner.
  2. The Buyer who has acquired the Card becomes a Cardholder and confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions for the use of the Card, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.
  3. Card is valid in different locations throughout the Sigulda city. Precise list can be found at sigulda.loyalhub.lv.
  4. The Card amount can be used for more than one payment. If the purchase exceeds the amount of the Card, the difference must be payed extra in any other payment method. If the purchase is not exceeding the amount, the remainder is left for next purchase.
  5. The Card is not exchanged into money or returned.
  6. It is not possible to use the Card to pay for for newly purchased Cards.
  7. When purchasing the Cards, an invoice indicating VAT is not issued. Upon Buyer’s request, a specified form invoice may be issued at the gift cards distribution points, which formalizes the transfer of Cards. Such an invoice may be submitted electronically only to the e-mail indicated by the Buyer.

SIGULDA CITY GIFT SET VALIDITY, EXTENSION AND PAYMENT

  1. The Card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  2. The validity period may be extended for a Gift Card that is either unused or partially used and is not expired. A valid Gift Card may be extended one time for an additional six (6) month period, counted from the original expiration date of the Card. If the Card has already expired, there is no possibility to extend it. An extension fee applies to each Gift Card extension. For Cards with a purchase value of €29.99 or less, a €2.99 extension fee applies. For Cards with a purchase value between €30.00 and €99.99, a €9.99 extension fee applies. For Cards with a purchase value of €100.00 or more, a €15.99 extension fee applies.
  3. The Card validity can be checked:
    1. by scaning a QR code with a smart phone or
    2. entering the Card bar code in the self-service https://www.lieliskadavana.lv/pasapkalposanas
  4. The card is valid for offers published www.lieliskadavana.lv.
